CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP TUNE-UP (ADD-ON PACKAGE)
The Energy Leadership Development System (ELDS) offers leaders the opportunity to hone in on 8 different building blocks to their success to further enhance or develop them. Together, you and your coach will determine which one or more of these 8 building blocks could use a “tune-up.” The 8 Building Blocks of an Energetic Conscious Leader are:
Emotional Intelligence
Dynamic Communication
Influencing and Engaging Others
Problem-Solving
Productivity and Decision-Making
High Energy Relationships
Health and Wellness
Time Management and Balance
The ELDS offers separate coaching segments for each of the above building blocks. Each segment requires three 60-minute coaching sessions. You can work on as many segments as you choose. The “Leadership 101” package is required as a prerequisite for this package. Please see above.
This program is non-refundable.
Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.
Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
