My professional journey began with five years in advertising, public relations, and fund development for various nonprofits in the health and human services industry in Silicon Valley.  For the next decade, my interest in global affairs inspired me to pursue advocacy, political organizing, and international development. In 2013, my desire to see more individuals unleash their potential and become “the change they want to see in the world” compelled me to find my true calling as a coach.

My niche is conscious leadership, which entails “leading” our thoughts, emotions, and actions “consciously” to move out of autopilot or default modes of thinking, feeling, and acting that keep us stuck in the status quo in all aspects of life. I start by helping clients raise their self-awareness and help them through empowered choices to liberate their whole self from the status quo on the levels of their mind, heart, body, and talent. As Abraham Maslow said, “What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.” This simple act of choosing to live from higher levels of consciousness has been proven to produce a happier, healthier, more fulfilled, and successful life. It also inspires and motivates others around us to be their best selves. In short, this state produces great leaders who communicate effectively, have high emotional intelligence, and have strong interpersonal skills.

In my practice, I leverage tools and methods rooted in neuroscience and emotional intelligence to help clients reprogram their personal consciousness. As they change the way they think, feel, and act—by adopting new beliefs, creating new habits, and/or eliminating inner blocks—they are able to produce a new set of outcomes in all aspects of their lives. This triggers a powerful transformation that has an incredible ripple effect!

“You were a really amazing healer for me who came in at the right time. I feel like you are one of the first people who helped me with the right resources, at the right time, and in the right voice. I felt a sense of belonging by being here because I felt really good.”
